LFG isn’t just another bar. It is all about creating a community. To bring people together who have one thing in common: Gaming.

Strangers showing one another how to jump across a map in Mario Kart. Or a group of people competing for high score in Galaga. We’re creating a place where people will create new memories playing the nostalgic games they grew up on.

I was born and raised in Kalamazoo, and to see how vibrant and alive downtown Kalamazoo has become over the years, I knew that LFG would fit in perfectly.

With the movie theater within walking distance, a wine bar and a brewery as neighbors, and Bates Alley right across the street, LFG has plenty of variety for anyone to come downtown. Even if you aren’t into video games, we have board games and cards too. LFG offers specialized cocktails that anyone could appreciate, and a menu that will make you want to put down that controller for a few moments.

I love this city, and to have the opportunity to create something for both the people of Kalamazoo and the gaming community is truly exciting.

How It Works

Every item you purchase will include 4 tokens. Most of the arcade machines will only take one token per play, but some of the more interactive games will take two tokens. If you are just playing games and would like to just purchase tokens, you may purchase tokens in quantities of 12 for $5! Game consoles such as the N64, PS2, GameCube, and Xbox, are all free to play after your first purchase. Otherwise the more items you purchase, the more tokens you receive!
